Canon 6d or 7d with sigma 8mm

What is the size of the equirectangular image if I use:

- Canon 6D (full frame) + Sigma 8mm with R10
- Canon 7D + Sigma 8mm with R10

I need the best resolution for virtual tours online.

Based on figures for a 5DII and 40D, I estimate a maximum size of 6912x3456 for the 6D and 10820x5410 for the 7D .
