Need help with my Sky in my panos

I have been doing 360 Panos from my DJI F550 Drone using a GoPro Hero3+ and i need help trying to finish/complete my sky

Then making the 360 with Pano2VR

So whats the best way to fix this problem, i read somewhere to take a pic straight up, i tried that from the ground diddnt see how that would work..

It depends on what camera you use to take straight up shot (the zenith shot), and when. With a cloudless sky, a shot taken within a few minutes should match well enough to blend with the other shots. If using the same camera, then you would simply add the zenith shot and either assign control points if there are any matching features available or manually position it in the Panorama Editor window. Whether a single shot will cover the hole I don't know. You could take the zenith shot with a different camera/lens, maybe with a wider angle of view if necessary. In that case, you would assign individual lens parameters for that image via the Lens settings tab and the Image Parameters tab. Again, if there are no matching features present for control points to enable the optimizer to align the image, you would need to align it manually. Tilting the camera down a little for the zenith shot might enable features nearer the horizon to be captured and be available for control points while still covering the zenith hole fully.

Alright thanks, i may try mounting another gopro on the very top of my drone and trying that..

Be careful with mounting anything on top of your drone. Top center tends to be the location of the GPS receiver.

I got a extended GPS puck mount on my 6 blade hexa drone, am not using a DJI phantom :)

I do 360 aerial panos with my Phantom and they turn out amazing. I use Autopano Giga to stitch the photos together and it works great as well. What I do for the sky is to simply crop a very small portion of the finished pano down past the top sky piece that is missing. You do this once you import the finished pano into Panotour Pro. This will simply limit how high they can look "up" and since there is nothing to really look at up there, and 99% of what you want to see is from the horizon on down, it really is hardly even noticed. By far the easiest way to handle this and keeps your end product looking professional.
