Use 70-80% extension of each section will make it much more rigid. Also you can use Guy wire system.

It is possible, but may require some alignment of the images, that applies for HDR on pole anyway regardless of short or long exposure, luckily most of the features are, in majority of cases 6 meters away, at least, and if, possible, a tripod adapter for pole can be of great help, with no hurry, mirror lock-up and wait for oscillations to settle, taking more shoots, to pick the best set with both less blur from move and little alignment problems, laser pointer on hot shoe, pointing down, to see any slight deviation and oscillation also can help.

Thank you DorinDXN. Very cool examples, very beautiful shoots.

I would make like to make images in HDR, with no person. But HDR, at blue hour with a good quality requires long exposure. So with a pole (and no wind) is it possible ?

beyond, only with no moving features, is achievable, couldn't find something quick to show.
