I guess you want something similar with this

I need a solution to this.

    There is one more question.

I think I've seen a question about turning off the LED before, but I can't find it.

Is there a function to turn off the LED during operation?

In the case of astrophotography, too bright LED is inconvenient.

I have downloaded the new firmware, entered in my script again, pressed save 1, pressed 1 + > on the mecha H and it worked :-) Thanks a lot! I really thought I was missing something simple because the instructions did not seem that difficult. Thanks again!

It is fixed now in C1E_02095

    -------------------------8<---------------------------------

    C1E_02095
Addressed an issue causing button presets do not execute properly the latest simple form of scripting saved to them.

    Really sorry for that,
    I'll fix it today.
It looks like the SL,Z,N,0x4 and alike are not properly saved/loaded for buttons, while from UI works,

I re-paired them, no problem. I entered in one of the test codes and it worked no problem. I signed into the ip 192.168.9.1 and entered in my script of "SL,Z,N,0x4" and pressed save1. I then pressed 1 + > on the Mecha H and it only rotates clockwise with 8 turns. No vertical movement.

Indeed seems to be problem with the simple way of scripting and the saving/loading in the button presets.
I'll fix it today and publish a FW update.

Before trying to re-pair them, I would like to say that both have been paired (The H with the - and the V with the =) I can enter in my own script and run the program but the problem comes when I try to save it and then load it. Load it via the app or via the buttons on mecha. Even though they are currently paired, do you want me to try again?

Both problems could be related to pairing between MECHAs
You cannot connect to H MECHA nor V MECHA can't, so only one axis will move.

    please try the follow.
    1) Power ON only H MECHA and press [1] for 3 seconds at -=-=-=-=-= (until you heard multiple beeps)
    2) Power ON V MECHA and press [2] for 3 seconds at -=-=-=-=-= (until you heard multiple beeps)
MECHAs will shows the LEDs as paired - and =
    3) please test one code from here
    https://forum.nodalninja.com/forum/p...1589#post31589
say 1313> using H MECHA buttons

if the code works OK then the pairing is OK without using UI,
the button presets should work as well.

    4) try to connect to MECHA-H-DAC SSID using 12345678 password and test the presets now.
you can change the SSID password and other settings later by accessing 192.168.9.1/config (admin/Mecha)

please test this for a while and see if there are any issues.

I have had an issue a few times where I would go out and turn on my mecha e2s and I could get on the wifi signal of my MechaH but I could not sign into webpage via IP adress. It would not load and this has happened to me on three separate occasions. Fortunately these have all been for practice. What do I do when it will not let me login to the IP adress even though I am connected to the Mecha.

My second problem. I found out about this problem because of my first problem. I decided I should set my buttons on my mecha 2 my most used presets. I enter in the script for the moves I want it to make, I save it, name it, give it a description. I save it on Save1. On the Mecha I hit 1 and < and the mecha rotates only on one axis and stopping more than it should with my preset.

Any help would be appreciated. I am using firmware FW C1E_02094

I am using Mecha as a rail application.

H Mecha (C1 + E1) is used for rail (forward, reverse),
    V Mecha 1 (C1 + E1 or E2) is panning,
    V Mecha 2 (C1 + E1 or E2) is intended for tilt.

    Hi Dorin

    H Mecha = C1 + E1
    V Mecha 1 = C1 or C2 + E1
    V Mecha 2 = C1 or C2 + E2

Can I connect two V Mechas to control each one?
