If things can happen they may happen some times.
I have a MECHA test unit with 5000+ updates via Internet so far and didn't failed.
If it happens, for reasons like power OFF when updating or other Internet related causes,
the recovery needs to be done via the provided USB cable and an archive I can provide as support.
The steps are, in Windows
1) unpack the ZIP archive pass: Mecha
2) Do not connect MECHA with usb cable to PC yet
3) Launch the usb-update.bat as admin
4) Follow the instructions on the screen and enter the correct numeric options when you will be asked for
Please ask here if some instructions when running that .bat file are not clear or you need more info.
I tested the archive on Windows 7,
if some MECHA dealer will be kind enough to test it on Windows 10 as well, please let me know.
Also it will be very useful to provide some info of what went wrong in both updating and recovering,
if that happens.
